Here is a little flashback of what I've been doing in the early years of my college life. This is from my former Amino community called "Anime Gakuen" (or AG) as we call it. This was originally to write news-related occurrences in the community and of course any anime-related information.
*Note: I removed some links but basically I made AG private so you wouldn't be able to stalk me either way. Muhahahaha.
**All Pictures belong to their respective owners.
***Some information like Azumi and Radwimps are referenced or quoted from its respective sources.
In an anime community those kind of things weren't much noticed so blogs are written as it is. But this time, time to put note.
Enjoy!
JUMP Gakuen!
Welcome to AG's first ever series of anime news and information! Here admins with the passion to write, the love for anime, the hype for updates and everything anime will share information to you!

Anime Recommendation
Let's move on to an Anime Recommendation next. I binge watched this anime last September or so. The anime "Gabriel DropOut" is about an angel named Gabriel White Tenma who graduated from a school in heaven who is sent to Earth to do what angels do. Guide people to do the right thing unfortunately things didn't turn out right for our main girl Gabriel. She discovered video games and became addicted to playing to the point that she's not acting as an angel anymore.
The story circles around Gabriel, her life and school and those people (angels and demons) around her. If you're into funny, humorous, light hearted anime in a school universe then this might be for you. Just something to watch for leisure. Plot is there but mostly you'd just imagine yourself reading a yonkoma (four cell manga) but animated.
The anime has a total of 12 episodes released last January 2017 with two OVAs. I haven't checked out the OVAs but I'm sure it's as funny as the episodes.
If you're interested, check it out online or start watching already ^^
Fanfiction Recommendations
Fanfiction lovers, let's discover some fanfictions worthy of your time. I've chosen four different fanfictions from different anime shows. These are all from Fanfiction.net alright?
"An Explosive Family Reunion" by whackybiscuit (Bleach)
Written in collaboration with BlueShard20. Kisuke finds Bambietta's body in the rubble of the Soul Society and decides to revive her. After resurrecting her, he finds that Bambietta is actually from Karakura Town and she has family there. He asks Ichigo to take her home but the Substitute soon learns to his disbelief that Bambi's family is closer than he imagined. IchigoXBambietta.
The reason I like this fic is probably because it's made by whackybiscuit (known for writing many Bleach fics by request or original idea) and also, the idea of the fic may be far from canon but first chappie made it interesting.
"Now Recording" by Maicee (Fairy Tail)
When upcoming YouTuber Lucy Heartfilia finds herself collaborating with popular channel Fairy Tail, she ends up getting more than she bargained for. {youtube!au}
Okay so it's probably a famous trend for FT fics to have YouTube concept or plots but so far this is the best I've read. It's somehow canon based but at the same time now. You'll get the idea after reading a couple of chapters xD.
"Humans VS Titans: Volume 1" by xxRAINxxSTORMxx626 (Shingeki no Kyojin)
AU. The world inside the walls of Trost are raided by Titans. Humanity is struggling for survival. Will they be able to overcome the Titans? [COMPLETE!] See Volume 2 NOW!
Similar to the FT fic I recommended earlier, this fic is somehow canon but instead of actual titans it's sort of an apocalypse. They're not zombies though. It's fun to read.
(Deleted)
"Electric Proposals" by xXHana-ChiXx (Naruto)
twist to proposals in the 21st century. Where technology has taken over the world. Pairings: NejiTen, SasuSaku, ShikaTema, NaruHina.
This is really cute and really entertaining to read. It's short and makes me want more but at the same time satisfied with it.
Azumi (Manga and Live Action)
The first I discovered about this is watching the live action first and second film and I wasn't aware of the existence of manga by then. A year ago I discovered that the live action I've watched was based off the manga series, Azumi, created by Yū Koyama.
The story begins with introducing the main characters. The ten orphans (Azumi included) and the man who they call Grandpa. The children are war orphans wherein everyone was a boy excluding Azumi. The ten are undergoing a training before they set out to fulfill missions and the one last test they have to do is to pick a partner and fight each other... To the death. Winners will be the ones to fulfill the mission they've trained for.
Trained to kill, they assassinated the vassals and supporters of the Toyotomi Clan, that are against the Tokugawa shogunate. The plot stops here but the story goes on.
It's gory, and for mature audiences. The story gets really dark and twisted as it goes, with a feels ride because just like the infamous Akame Ga Kill, characters here die here and there excluding our main lead.
"The manga won an Excellence Prize at the 1997 Japan Media Arts Festival and the Shogakukan Manga Award in 1998, and received two film adaptations: Azumi in 2003 and Azumi 2: Death or Love in 2006." Yes the manga is amazing but how about the live action?
Azumi (2003)
Release Date: May 10, 2003
Running Time: 142 minutes
Country: Japan
Based on: Azumi (by Yū Koyama)
Azumi (あずみ) is a 2003 Japanese jidaigeki film directed by Ryûhei Kitamura. The main lead is Aya Ueto (she did great despite her appearance not catching the original sketch of Azumi in the manga). The whole film is okay uf you're not aware of the manga. But if you've read it then you'd be disappointed how they mixed up the scenes and killed everyone off quickly than how the manga did it. So many deleted scenes and basically everything will disappoint the readers.
You can still check it out if you're interested.
Release Date: May 12, 2005
Running time: 108 minutes
Country: Japan
Azumi 2: Death or Love (あずみ2 Death or Love Azumi Tsū Desu oa Rabu) is a Japanese jidaigeki film written by Mataichiro Yamamoto and Yoshiaki Kawajiri, directed by Shusuke Kaneko. Again the main lead is Aya Ueto.
Unlike part 1 of the film, I was more disappointed in this part than the first one. Everything was changed, almost as if rewritten by everyone. One of the things I didn't like was how the bandit in the manga who wanted to rape Azumi was played by Nachi's (childhood crush of Azumi) actor, indicating that the "death or love" in the title is for Azumi having to choose between her crush on Nachi's lookalike and her mission.
Then again majority of live actions I've watched are a disappointment.
Mini Game Shuts Down?!
Don't panic. Due to the lack of participants, (or perhaps the riddles are too hard xD) the Mini Game we all know as Let's Play a Game will be shut down. It will be added as one of the Inactive Challenges we have. It's still located in the School Library (Wiki) though.
Inactive Challenges can still be revived and sometimes will have an unexpected new post every time there's a new set of members around.
Boys VS Girls 2018
Recently there aren't any #BoysVSGirls challenge. What is it anyway? It's a competition for fun wherein teams are automatically formed. As the name indicates, it's a Boys VS Girls thing. It started with a poll and now it's a game to see which team is more active than the other.
The challenge will restart again next year so new members can join what they've missed and everyone can enjoy it. Both old and new members in the community can join in. For now just wait for a specific date.
Kimi No Na Wa OST/Radwimps

The story revolves around the lives of the two main characters of the story. Mitsuha Miyamizu, a high school girl, who lives with her grandma and sister then Taki Tachibana, a Tokyo boy who is in high school and takes part time jobs.
The film shows us a classic and amazingly unique plot twist wherein the body switch trope is used wisely. I've watched this film four times since I've discovered it and currently I've been interested in the Original Soundtrack and music done by Radwimps.
Radwimps (ラッドウインプス[13] Raddo'uinpusu, stylized as RADWIMPS) is a Japanese rock band.
"Creating very original master pieces with unique lyrical world, RADWIMPS has been described as “New Invention”. Their music keeps high level of musicianship while still being pop as they flawlessly cross over various genres. Soon after their debut around the age of 20, they have become one of the most popular 4 piece rock bands with cutting edge style in the Japanese music scene. All of their studio albums marked the sales of over 100k, and their concert tickets are one of the hottest tickets in Japan causing the toughest battles among fans." Sparkle. One of the songs that I loved so much in the film.
Kimi no na wa OST - Kataware Doki (Piano)
For the no vocals OSTs we got Kataware Doki.
Majority of the songs and sounds in the film are awesome. These are so far what I can show you.
