These Terms and Conditions apply between you, the User and/or Users of this Website (including sub-domains that is clearly under Floppi Pages Online, unless otherwise stated within sub-domain's own Terms and Conditions).

5. MEMBERS.
Profile.
“Account” and/or “Profile” refers to the User’s registered account within the Website.
This Website caters services for only 15 years old and older. Upon learning that anyone under 15 is using the Website, its Content and Services, their account will be deleted immediately.
Profiles created by its Users must be responsible with their chosen avatars and usernames of their Profile. Anything obscene, malicious, and otherwise deemed that violates the rules and/or is deemed inappropriate to the public and the Website’s Users and audience will receive a warning to change and/or remove their avatar/username, otherwise will be deleted immediately. Any post, blog, article, story, etc. in written, image, video, audio form that violates our Content Guidelines will be removed and a warning sent to the User.
Content uploaded by the Users is theirs unless otherwise plagiarized, reposted without knowledge/consent of the original author of the post, story, blog, article. Posting content that is not owned by the User who posted it does not mean that the Website makes the content theirs. Do not submit content that isn’t yours.

Members should be aware that any and all form of content they post and upload using the Website’s Services means that the Content is available and visible to the public.
Members shouldn’t post anything inappropriate, obscene, malicious and must be approved for all ages in any form (in the form of text, graphic, video, visual, audio, image, the likes). Any content, image, text, blog, story, post, audio, etc. that violates and/or is deemed a violation of the Content Guidelines will be deleted immediately. Members will receive a warning not to do it again.
Members own the content they write under their Profiles. Members can use this Website as their platform to express, voice out stories and/or blogs/articles with the ownership rights to their Content still intact. The Website will only ask for legal consent to post excerpts, share, refer, use covers, images, visuals and any form of content (text, audio, visual) that Members used in their post for promotion purposes.
Members must be responsible for the Content that they upload within the Website. We will not be responsible to any exposure that the readers may encounter with Content written by the Website’s Members using the Website’s Services.
Members should know that upon publishing their Content to the Website using the Website’s Services, the Members release us from any form of harm, damage, issue, claim, plagiarism, demand, public or private, coincidence, intentional or unintentional, acknowledged, unknown, expected, presumed that arises from, out of, between Users, or involvement of any third party relating to the Content and/or the use of Services.
VIOLATION.
Members who received three (3) warnings (since the beginning of their registered Account) and still has continued to violate the Content Guidelines, their Profiles will be banned and/or deleted.
Members who had previously violated the Content Guidelines and registers a new Account will be permitted unless these members are back to violate again from a clean slate, the new Accounts will be deleted/banned.
There will be random points in time where Member Violations can be reset and their violation records erased so they can start over (especially for those who unintentionally caused the violation).
